| Life's Too Short To Frost A Cupcake: reviews
Review by Love Reading
'A great, laugh out loud, romantic comedy. Alice is a PA at a music company who is offered the opportunity of a lifetime to go and work in America from the New York office. What this actually means is she is sent to Ohio to persuade a recovering alcoholic musician, Wyatt Brown, to record the album he owes the company. Alice finds herself plunged in to the cosy country life of Barnsley, Ohio, after a blizzard traps her there, with a quirky collection of characters who all take a keen interest in the new English arrival. Even the hostile Wyatt starts to warm to her and soon England and her boyfriend Stephen seem a long way away. A fun and feel-good novel.'
